About
We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our state-of-the-art logistics facility in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is essential to our operations, focusing on the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of the fulfillment process, including picking, packing, sorting, and staging of goods. You will utilize advanced warehouse technology and equipment to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliveries. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality are crucial for success in this position. We are committed to a safe working environment and expect all team members to strictly follow safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as standing for extended periods, walking, bending, and performing frequent lifting of items up to 50 pounds. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, adaptable, and work well in a team-oriented setting. Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse environment is advantageous, but we are excited to train candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and a passion for logistics. Responsibilities:
- Receive, process, and fulfill customer orders accurately.
- Pick, pack, and sort products for shipment.
