About
We're seeking a diligent Warehouse Worker for our Nashville, Tennessee location. This general warehouse role offers a variety of tasks essential to our daily operations. You will be involved in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. A strong understanding of warehouse procedures and a commitment to safety are key. As a Warehouse Worker, you'll contribute to the smooth functioning of our logistics and supply chain. This position requires physical capability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload materials from trucks.
- Store materials in designated locations within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack orders accurately based on customer requirements.
- Prepare goods for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate PPE.
- Participate in inventory management and cycle counting activities.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs. Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Basic understanding of warehouse operations. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
