Join our busy San Diego, California warehouse as a Warehouse Worker! This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient handling and storage of goods within our facility. You will be involved in various tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, and preparing orders for shipment, contributing directly to the success of our logistics operations. We are committed to providing a safe and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Stock shelves and designated areas with incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Follow all safe Lifting guidelines and report any potential hazards.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock control.
- Support the overall logistics flow of the warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred. Must be able to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting and standing for long periods. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team is essential. A strong commitment to workplace safety and the proper use of PPE is required. Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics is a plus. Be a reliable contributor to our team.
