Job Summary:
Our growing logistics operation in Raleigh, North Carolina, is looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate. This position is integral to our daily operations, ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and movement of goods. Your responsibilities will include picking and packing customer orders, loading and unloading trucks, and stocking inventory. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. A strong emphasis is placed on safety, and all employees must strictly adhere to company safety policies, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role requires physical stamina, including the ability to perform significant lifting, up to 50 lbs, and stand for extended periods. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack warehouse orders.
  • Load and unload delivery trucks and trailers.
  • Receive and stock incoming inventory efficiently.
  • Organize warehouse space and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
  • Ensure the warehouse is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, including the use of PPE.
  • Perform duties requiring manual dexterity and significant lifting.
  • Contribute to smooth logistics and shipping operations.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily goals.
