Join our dynamic logistics team in San Francisco, California, as a Picker/Packer. We are looking for organized and efficient individuals to play a key role in our order fulfillment process. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders and preparing them for shipment. This includes using scanning devices, verifying product details, and carefully packing items to ensure they arrive safely at their destination. You will also be responsible for labeling packages and maintaining an organized workstation. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, directly impacting customer satisfaction through accurate and timely order delivery. Safety is paramount; all employees must adhere to strict safety protocols and wear the designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. This position requires physical stamina, including frequent lifting of items up to 40 pounds, standing for extended periods, and moving throughout the warehouse. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses strong time management skills, and works well both independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in a picking or packing role within a logistics or warehouse environment is advantageous. We provide comprehensive training.
