We are looking for motivated Picker/Packers to join our thriving warehouse in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Picker/Packer, you will play a vital role in fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently. This position requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure that the correct items are picked from inventory and packed securely for shipment. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall success of our Logistics operations. The ideal candidate is someone who can work effectively in a team-oriented environment, maintain a high level of productivity, and adheres strictly to all safety guidelines. You will be responsible for picking items from warehouse shelves, using scanning devices to track inventory, packing items into appropriate boxes or containers, applying shipping labels, and preparing orders for dispatch. This role is physically demanding, involving consistent Lifting and movement throughout the warehouse. A strong focus on Safety is essential, and all team members are expected to wear appropriate PPE and follow all established safety procedures.
