Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is integral to our logistics operations, responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of goods within our facility. As a Warehouse Associate, you will engage in a variety of tasks, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise. Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
  • Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper rotation.
  • Pick items accurately from shelves based on order lists.
  • Pack merchandise securely for shipment, ensuring protection against damage.
  • Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling and documentation.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other manual equipment safely.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment, adhering to safety guidelines.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in discrepancy resolution.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Support the logistics team in achieving operational goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is a plus.
  • Ability to perform frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential.
  • Commitment to safety in the workplace.
