Job Summary:
We are looking for a diligent Warehouse Associate to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin. This role is integral to the efficient functioning of our warehouse and plays a key part in our overall logistics network. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments accurately.
  • Store inventory in designated locations using proper material handling techniques.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with precision and care.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
  • Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area according to company standards.
  • Participate in regular inventory counts and stocktaking activities.
  • Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations, especially concerning Lifting and equipment operation.
  • Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Contribute to the overall success of our logistics operations through teamwork and efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior warehouse or logistics experience is beneficial but not required; we provide training.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of basic warehouse operations and safety procedures.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing tasks and environments.
  • Commitment to upholding high standards of safety and productivity.
