About
We are looking for a diligent Warehouse Associate to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin. This role is integral to the efficient functioning of our warehouse and plays a key part in our overall logistics network. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments accurately.
- Store inventory in designated locations using proper material handling techniques.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and care.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area according to company standards.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and stocktaking activities.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations, especially concerning Lifting and equipment operation.
- Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Contribute to the overall success of our logistics operations through teamwork and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience is beneficial but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and safety procedures.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing tasks and environments.
- Commitment to upholding high standards of safety and productivity.
