About
We are seeking a motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our state-of-the-art facility in San Antonio, Texas. In this role, you will be instrumental in processing customer orders efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities include picking products, packing items with care, and preparing them for shipment, ensuring our customers receive their orders in perfect condition. This position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth within our logistics department. A strong emphasis is placed on Safety, teamwork, and operational excellence. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pull inventory based on customer orders.
- Pack items securely, selecting appropriate packaging to prevent damage.
- Verify order accuracy before sealing and preparing shipments.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (training available).
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, contributing to overall warehouse Safety.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, especially concerning Safety and handling of materials.
- Properly use required PPE at all times.
- Tasks will involve moderate Lifting of boxes and products.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret order instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform moderate Lifting.
- Familiarity with Safety procedures and the use of PPE.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
