About
Seeking an efficient and detail-oriented Order Picker for our busy Cincinnati, Ohio facility. As an Order Picker, your primary responsibility will be to accurately retrieve products from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. You will utilize pick lists, RF scanners, and other equipment to locate and gather items, ensuring the correct quantity and item code are matched. Accuracy and speed are essential in this role to meet order fulfillment deadlines. This position plays a critical part in our logistics chain, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate order processing. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized work area, assist with inventory counts, and adhere to all company safety guidelines. We emphasize a safe work environment and require all employees to wear the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Significant lifting may be involved, and candidates must be capable of lifting up to 40 lbs regularly and demonstrate proper lifting techniques.
