We are looking for detail-oriented and reliable Picker/Packers to join our thriving logistics center in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is essential for accurately fulfilling customer orders and ensuring timely dispatch of goods. Your diligence in picking and packing directly contributes to our customer satisfaction and the overall efficiency of our supply chain. If you are a motivated individual who enjoys a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, this is an excellent opportunity for you. We prioritize Safety above all else and will provide you with comprehensive training and all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position involves regular physical activity, including substantial Lifting. Become a valuable member of our logistics team and help us deliver quality products every day.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory based on order tickets or electronic scanners.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order specifications.
- Pack items carefully and securely into appropriate shipping containers.
- Label packages correctly with shipping and tracking information.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Contribute to the overall smooth operation of the warehouse and logistics processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, or packing role is a plus but not required.
- Ability to read and understand product information and order details.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Capability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.
- Must be able to perform manual Lifting of products up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to follow all Safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Basic understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.
