Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order specifications using scanners or pick lists.
- Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy.
- Pack items carefully into appropriate shipping boxes or containers.
- Ensure all packages are correctly labeled and sealed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse area.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Assist in inventory management tasks as needed.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in picking, packing, or a similar warehouse role is beneficial.
- Ability to interpret pick lists and product information.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Capability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Must be able to perform manual Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
- Commitment to following Safety regulations and using PPE.
- Basic understanding of warehouse logistics.
