About
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in Washington, D.C.! As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing, distribution, and inventory management. Your leadership is crucial to ensuring efficiency, productivity, and the safety of our entire logistics operation. You will be responsible for training and motivating warehouse staff, managing workflows, optimizing space, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and safety regulations. A strong understanding of warehouse logistics and best practices is essential. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining a high level of performance. Safety is paramount in our warehouse; you will be responsible for enforcing safety protocols, conducting regular safety inspections, and ensuring the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all team members. The ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally may be required for training or demonstration purposes. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other logistics software is expected.
