Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety procedures.
- Organize and maintain inventory stock in designated areas.
- Conducting inventory cycle counts and audits.
- Ensure all shipments are accurately documented and prepared for dispatch.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse floor and storage areas.
- Troubleshoot and report any discrepancies or issues.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus.
- Ability to consistently perform tasks involving lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using handheld scanners and basic computer systems.
- Strong commitment to safety and following instructions.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts if needed.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for prolonged periods.
- Team player with good communication skills.
