Become a key player in our fulfillment center as a Picker/Packer in vibrant Miami, Florida! This role is critical to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for accurately picking items from warehouse shelves, preparing them for shipment, and ensuring they are packed with care. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on customer orders using scanning devices.
- Inspect picked items for any damages or defects before packing.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for outbound transit.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the picking and packing stations.
- Meet or exceed established productivity and quality standards.
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through proper handling.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures diligently.
- Wear and correctly use all required PPE , including gloves and safety glasses.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or order fulfillment is advantageous.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Physical capability for Lifting up to 40 lbs regularly.
- Familiarity with warehouse environments and basic Logistics .
- Commitment to workplace Safety and proper use of PPE .
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
