You will be responsible for efficiently picking orders from our warehouse inventory, meticulously verifying items for accuracy, carefully packaging them for shipment, and preparing them for dispatch. This position demands speed, precision, and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Your contribution is vital to our logistics success and overall customer satisfaction. The role requires significant physical exertion, including frequent Lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Adherence to all safety protocols, including the appropriate use of PPE, is paramount. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from warehouse stock using order sheets or scanning devices.
- Verify the correctness of picked items against order specifications.
- Package products securely and appropriately for various shipping methods.
- Apply shipping labels and ensure all necessary documentation is attached.
- Stage completed orders for carrier pickup and assist with loading as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock checks.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Strictly follow all company safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in the fulfillment process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, e-commerce fulfillment, or similar role is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Physical capacity to handle frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds, as well as standing, walking, bending, and reaching for prolonged durations.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety practices and the correct use of PPE.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic understanding of inventory control and logistics principles is a plus.
