About
Come be a Fulfillment Associate in our bustling Boston, Massachusetts warehouse! This role is at the heart of our operations, ensuring that customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for navigating the warehouse to locate and retrieve products, meticulously checking order accuracy, carefully packaging items, and preparing them for dispatch. Success in this role depends on your ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment. You will be an integral part of our logistics team, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. The job involves significant physical activity, including frequent Lifting, bending, and standing. A strong commitment to workplace safety, including the correct use of PPE, is essential. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick orders from warehouse shelves using pick lists or scanning devices.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order details.
- Package items securely and appropriately for shipment.
- Label packages with shipping information.
- Prepare orders for shipment and stage them for carrier pickup.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, including proper use of PPE.
- Contribute to team efforts and collaborate with colleagues.
- Meet or exceed performance targets for speed and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or order picking role is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical ability to perform tasks including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Basic understanding of inventory and logistics processes is beneficial.
