Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on order sheets or scanner.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Operate hand-held scanners to update inventory records.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation and surrounding areas.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as needed.
- Meet established productivity goals for picking and packing.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
