Join our dynamic warehouse team in Richmond, Virginia as a Picker/Packer! We are looking for motivated individuals to contribute to our fast-paced fulfillment operations. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items for customer orders and securely packing them for shipment. This role requires a keen eye for detail, efficiency, and a strong commitment to our logistics processes. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order requirements.
- Verify item codes and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Inspect products for damage before packing.
- Select appropriate packaging materials and pack items securely and efficiently.
- Label packages for shipment and prepare them for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Meet or exceed established picking and packing productivity goals.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand order tickets and product labels.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform moderate Lifting throughout the shift.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and following all procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with RF scanners is a plus.
