As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. Key duties include using scanning devices to locate and pick products, verifying order accuracy, and staging picked items for the packing department. You will also assist with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counting and maintaining the organization of picking locations. This position requires a good understanding of warehouse layouts and product placement. The ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet demanding pick rates is essential. This role involves significant physical activity, including walking throughout the warehouse, bending, reaching, and lifting items up to 40 pounds.
