Become a vital part of our supply chain as a Material Handler in Boise, Idaho! This role is essential for the efficient movement of materials throughout our warehouse and distribution center. We are looking for a detail-oriented and physically capable individual to manage the receiving, stocking, and staging of materials. Your primary responsibilities will include unloading incoming shipments, verifying counts and quality, and transporting materials to their designated storage locations using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment. You will also be responsible for preparing materials for shipment, ensuring they are correctly identified and staged. A critical aspect of this job is maintaining an organized and safe work environment, which includes proper material storage and clear pathways. Experience with various types of material handling equipment is highly preferred. Safety is paramount in our logistics operations, so strict adherence to all safety guidelines, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. This position involves considerable physical exertion, including regular lifting of items up to 60 pounds and prolonged periods of standing, bending, and squatting. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting and contribute positively to a team is essential.
