We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our team in Miami, Florida. You will be responsible for tasks such as loading and unloading shipments, organizing inventory, picking and packing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Our warehouse is a fast-paced hub, and we need reliable individuals who can contribute to our team's success. The ideal candidate is physically fit, has a strong work ethic, and can follow instructions accurately. We value teamwork and a proactive attitude. This position involves significant physical activity, including frequent standing, walking, and Lifting . Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Sort and place received items in designated storage areas.
- Pick and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Pack items securely and efficiently.
- Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment.
- Assist with inventory counts as needed.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear required PPE at all times.
- Perform tasks involving frequent Lifting of products up to 50 pounds.
- Support the efficient functioning of our Logistics operations.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse experience is a plus. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent standing, walking, and heavy Lifting . Understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics . Commitment to workplace Safety and proper use of PPE . High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Must be reliable and punctual.
