*Duties*
* Conduct comprehensive patient interviews and perform focused physical examinations to develop individualized plans of care.
* Order, interpret, and communicate diagnostic test results, ensuring patients understand findings and next steps.
* Diagnose pain-related conditions and make informed decisions regarding treatment and ongoing management.
* Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with established clinical protocols and practice algorithms.
* Perform in-office therapeutic procedures including trigger point injections.
* Educate and counsel patients on treatment plans, expected outcomes, emotional well-being, daily functioning, and long-term health maintenance.

* Chronic pain evaluation and management
* Medication management, including opioid and non-opioid therapies
* Controlled substance prescribing and compliance
* Patient education and expectation setting
* Accurate EMR documentation

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
