Do: Support and maintain Yardi's cloud database infrastructure, ensuring availability, security, and reliable performance for SaaS customers. Collaborate with a global 24x7x365 Cloud Services team to troubleshoot issues, respond to alerts, and keep environments running smoothly. Create and maintain documentation for databases policies, procedures, and processes. Ensure service level agreements are met for internal and external clients. Who You Are:
Relevant IT qualifications (Bachelor's degree preferred) One plus (1+) year of working experience in a related technical capacity A passion for technology and strong problem-solving skills Ability to learn and apply new skills in a constantly changing technical environment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good analytical, organizational skills and attention to detail Good written and spoken communication skills Strong sense of customer service Must enjoy being part of a team and working with people Must be self-motivated Ideal to Have:
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle in a virtualized environment preferred Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, PowerShell preferred
