Desired Experience/Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years relevant work experience. Desktop Windows 10/Office/ O365 / and other common desktop related software packages Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Basic understanding of communication - name resolution/ TCPIP/ DNS/ DHCP Fluent English skills. Customer oriented attitude. Good communication skills. Ability to work processed based as part of a larger team. Ability to work unsupervised at times and to prioritize the assigned workload accordingly Ability to spot and address issues that require attention before they are raised by the user community A Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science or equal experience. Ability to learn and master new technologies Financial industry experience a plus Industry certifications a plus
