Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations using appropriate methods.
- Pick and pack orders accurately based on customer requirements and pick tickets.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate manual and powered equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Perform tasks involving moderate lifting and physical exertion.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Capability to perform lifting tasks, up to 50 pounds.
- Understanding and commitment to workplace safety and proper material handling.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse logistics is beneficial.
