We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy against manifests.
  • Store merchandise in designated areas, utilizing FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles where applicable.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision and speed.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inventory cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to all established protocols.
  • Identify and report any damaged goods or potential safety hazards.
  • Use RF scanners and other technology to track inventory and manage orders.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Wear required **PPE** at all times, including safety vests and footwear.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a warehouse or similar environment is advantageous.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, and **lift** up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Understanding of warehouse **safety** procedures and practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
