About
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker for our San Jose, California facility. This position is fundamental to our logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring the efficient management of inventory and order fulfillment. You will be involved in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods, all while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. If you are a team player with a strong work ethic and physical stamina, this role is an excellent fit.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately stock incoming inventory.
- Efficiently pick and pack orders for timely shipment.
- Load and unload trucks and containers using appropriate equipment.
- Perform regular inventory checks and contribute to stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse workspace.
- Strictly follow all safety protocols and utilize required PPE for all tasks.
- Engage in physically demanding activities, including regular lifting of items up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing.
- Support shipping and receiving departments as directed.
- Ensure compliance with all logistics procedures and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar physically demanding role is preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and other manual labor tasks consistently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to company guidelines.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
