In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, stocking, and distributing materials throughout the facility. Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specified requirements.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Inspect equipment and report any maintenance needs.
- Assist with shipping and receiving functions as needed.
- Understand and implement all warehouse safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Perform physical tasks involving lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
- Ability to operate various types of material handling equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and ability to follow instructions.
- Must be able to perform continuous physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods.
