We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our dynamic logistics team in Huntsville, Alabama. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. Your primary responsibilities will involve accurately picking items from warehouse shelves using an RF scanner, preparing them for shipment, and packing them securely to prevent damage during transit. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using an RF scanner.
- Inspect items for defects before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently according to company standards.
- Label packages accurately for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts as needed.
- Meet daily picking and packing quotas.
- Handle materials safely, including moderate lifting requirements.
