In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and condition of our warehouse inventory. Your duties will include conducting regular cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions to maintain inventory integrity. You will play a crucial part in optimizing our stock levels and supporting efficient logistics operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a thorough understanding of inventory management best practices. - Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Investigate and resolve inventory variances and discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, obsolescence, and shrinkage.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve inventory accuracy and control.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of all inventory items.
- Coordinate with operations and shipping departments to resolve inventory issues.
- Understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory management principles.
- Ability to perform tasks involving moderate Lifting and movement of inventory.
- Strict adherence to all Safety rules and the proper use of PPE.
