Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventative maintenance on warehouse equipment, including conveyors, forklifts, and sorting systems.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues as they arise.
  • Ensure all equipment is operating safely and efficiently, adhering to industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
  • Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment.
  • Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance, including proper use of PPE.
  • Support the logistics team by minimizing downtime and ensuring operational readiness.
  • Respond to maintenance requests promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.
  • Proven experience in warehouse maintenance or as a maintenance technician.
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
  • Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
  • Experience with various tools and diagnostic equipment.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and experience with PPE.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, climbing, and working in various warehouse conditions.
