Responsibilities:
- Accurately select items from warehouse locations according to digital or paper orders.
- Package items securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, utilizing various packing materials.
- Conduct quality control checks to confirm order accuracy and product integrity.
- Operate hand scanners and other warehouse technology.
- Adhere strictly to safety regulations and guidelines, including wearing required PPE.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace to enhance efficiency and safety.
- Participate in inventory management tasks when assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school education or equivalent.
- Prior experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse work is advantageous.
- Physical capability to stand, move, and lift for entire shifts.
- Ability to handle frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow instructions.
- Knowledge of and commitment to workplace safety.
