Are you looking for a dynamic role in warehouse operations? Our St. Louis, Missouri facility is hiring Fulfillment Associates to support our growing e-commerce business. In this position, you will be instrumental in ensuring customer orders are fulfilled with speed and accuracy. Your primary responsibilities will include picking products, packing them for shipment, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our logistics chain.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and stage products for customer orders using provided technology.
- Inspect items for damages before packing and ensure correct quantities.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to prevent damage during shipping.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for outgoing logistics.
- Maintain a safe and tidy work area, adhering to all safety standards.
- Utilize required PPE at all times and follow safe Lifting procedures.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock replenishment activities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily operational goals.
- Understand and execute all procedures related to order fulfillment.
- Contribute to a positive team environment focused on efficiency and safety.
Qualifications:
Experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus, but not required. Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail are essential. Must be comfortable with physical tasks, including Lifting and standing for long durations. A strong commitment to workplace safety, including the proper use of PPE, is a must.
