We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Warehouse Worker to join our growing logistics team in Baltimore, Maryland. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks essential to the efficient operation of our warehouse. Your duties will include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing inventory. This position requires a strong commitment to safety and teamwork. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that all products are handled with care and efficiency. The ideal candidate is someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and possesses the physical stamina required for warehouse environments. We value a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new processes. Compliance with all company safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. This role involves significant lifting and moving of goods, so a good level of physical fitness is expected. We are a fast-paced logistics operation, and your contribution will be vital to our success. Responsibilities include:
- Loading and unloading of delivery trucks.
- Checking for damaged goods and reporting any discrepancies.
- Storing inventory in appropriate locations.
- Picking products according to order specifications.
- Packing products securely for shipment.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Performing other warehouse duties as assigned.
