About
Join our growing **Logistics** operation in Nashville, Tennessee, as a Warehouse Associate! We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to perform a variety of tasks within our warehouse. This includes receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping orders, and maintaining an organized and clean work environment. You will be a key player in ensuring the efficient flow of goods and supporting our commitment to customer satisfaction. A strong focus on **Safety** and teamwork is essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to established procedures.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, ensuring adherence to **Safety** guidelines.
- Wear **PPE** as required (e.g., safety vest, steel-toed boots, gloves).
- Perform **Lifting** of items weighing up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and assist with discrepancy investigations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily **Logistics** goals.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED. Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and **Lifting** up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Understanding of **Safety** procedures and the importance of **PPE**. Familiarity with **Logistics** principles is beneficial. Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude.
