About
We are seeking motivated Warehouse Workers to join our growing team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our distribution center, contributing to the efficient flow of goods. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, including receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, picking and packing orders accurately, stocking inventory, and preparing items for dispatch. We prioritize a safe and productive work environment. Adherence to all safety guidelines, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. This role requires physical stamina, as you will be on your feet for most of your shift, performing tasks that involve bending, reaching, and regular Lifting of items up to 40 lbs. While no prior experience is strictly required, a strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming goods.
- Pick customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Pack orders securely for shipment.
- Stock shelves and designated storage areas with incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear designated PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts as needed.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
