We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Technician for our facility in Des Moines, Iowa. This role is critical for maintaining the optimal functioning of our warehouse operations and ensuring the safety and efficiency of our logistics processes. As a Warehouse Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, conveyor systems, and automated machinery. You will also play a role in inventory management, ensuring accurate record-keeping and assisting with stock rotation. Adherence to all safety regulations and procedures is paramount, including the mandatory use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of industrial safety standards. You will be expected to perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime. The ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues is essential. This role involves some lifting and may require working in various warehouse environments.
