Join our high-volume distribution center in Tampa, Florida, as a Distribution Center Associate. In this dynamic role, you will contribute to all aspects of our warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. Your responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, making you an integral part of our Logistics network. We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and a commitment to Safety. The ideal candidate will be physically capable of performing tasks involving regular Lifting and possess excellent attention to detail. Teamwork is essential, as is adherence to all company policies and procedures. Responsibilities include processing incoming and outgoing shipments, accurately picking and packing customer orders, utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning technology, maintaining inventory accuracy, organizing and cleaning work areas, operating equipment safely, and strictly following all Safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
