Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the flow of goods through our warehouse, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all operations. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. As a Warehouse Associate, you will uphold our commitment to operational excellence and stringent safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
  • Efficiently pick and pack orders according to specific requirements and deadlines.
  • Prepare items for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and effectively.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment throughout the warehouse.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in maintaining accurate stock levels.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety protocols.
  • Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet daily targets.
  • Assist with other warehouse-related tasks as needed, supporting overall logistics operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics role is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
  • Commitment to upholding safety standards.
