We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic logistics team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role is crucial to the efficient operation of our distribution center, ensuring that goods are handled, stored, and prepared for shipment with accuracy and care. Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Picking, packing, and staging orders for delivery.
- Operating warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required or provided).
- Maintaining an organized and clean work environment.
- Conducting inventory counts and stock checks as needed.
- Adhering to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Identifying and reporting any damaged or missing inventory.
- Assisting with other warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or manual labor experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to perform heavy Lifting, typically up to 50 pounds.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to Safety.
