Job Summary:
Join our dynamic fulfillment team as a Fulfillment Associate in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania! This role is integral to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing a wide range of products for shipment. Your commitment to accuracy, speed, and quality will be key to our operational success. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and order sheets.
  • Pack items with care, selecting appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery.
  • Verify order contents against shipping documents.
  • Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Operate material handling equipment as needed (training provided).
  • Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock rotation.
  • Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandated use of PPE.
  • The role involves regular tasks requiring significant Lifting of boxes and products, up to 50 lbs.
  • Contribute positively to the team and overall logistics efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics role is a strong asset.
  • Proficiency with RF scanning technology is preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, bend, and perform significant Lifting.
  • Must be comfortable wearing required PPE.
  • Commitment to maintaining a Safe work environment.
