Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and order sheets.
- Pack items with care, selecting appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Verify order contents against shipping documents.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed (training provided).
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock rotation.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandated use of PPE.
- The role involves regular tasks requiring significant Lifting of boxes and products, up to 50 lbs.
- Contribute positively to the team and overall logistics efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics role is a strong asset.
- Proficiency with RF scanning technology is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, bend, and perform significant Lifting.
- Must be comfortable wearing required PPE.
- Commitment to maintaining a Safe work environment.
