Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles.
- Sort, organize, and stock merchandise in designated areas.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Perform basic housekeeping duties to ensure a safe environment.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks as directed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience as a warehouse worker or in a similar role is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including consistent Lifting and moving of items up to 50 pounds.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Understanding and adherence to Safety guidelines.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Willingness to use required PPE.
