Join our thriving fulfillment center in Charlotte, North Carolina, as a Fulfillment Associate. This role is central to our ability to deliver exceptional service to our customers, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for picking items from shelves, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. This involves navigating the warehouse, accurately identifying products, and ensuring that quantities match order specifications. Attention to detail is critical to minimize errors and maintain customer satisfaction. You will also assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory, helping to maintain an organized and efficient workspace. Working in a dynamic logistics environment, you will collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets. A commitment to safety is non-negotiable; all associates must follow strict safety guidelines and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety footwear and protective eyewear. Understanding and adherence to proper lifting techniques are also essential. The role involves frequent lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
