Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in San Francisco, California. This role is central to our logistics and distribution operations, involving a wide range of warehouse activities. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all processes. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and possesses a strong commitment to workplace Safety. You will work in a dynamic environment and play a crucial role in the supply chain. Adherence to all Safety regulations, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against documentation.
  • Sort, label, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations using WMS.
  • Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners and pick sheets.
  • Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring product safety and presentation.
  • Load outgoing shipments onto trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
  • Follow all company Safety policies and procedures, including mandatory PPE usage.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency with RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a significant advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Thorough understanding of warehouse Safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours if needed.
  • Willingness to wear and maintain required PPE.
