Job Summary:
We are seeking a diligent Fulfillment Associate to join our busy warehouse in San Diego, California. This role is essential for the successful processing and dispatching of customer orders. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and shipping, ensuring that orders are accurately fulfilled and delivered on time. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a high standard of work. Safety is a paramount concern, and adherence to all Safety protocols, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. This position offers a dynamic work environment within a leading logistics organization.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack items according to customer order specifications.
  • Process orders using warehouse management system (WMS) software and RF scanners.
  • Package products securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
  • Receive and inspect incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
  • Stage outgoing shipments for carrier pickup, ensuring all documentation is complete.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all warehouse policies.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and participate in cycle counting.
  • Follow all Safety guidelines and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet production targets in our logistics operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency with RF scanners and WMS is a significant advantage.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to all regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
  • Must be able to wear required PPE, such as safety glasses and vests.
