Key Responsibilities:
- Unload incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and manual carts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock rotation.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to management promptly.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and operational efficiency.
- Must be able to perform tasks involving heavy lifting on a regular basis.
- Ensure all required PPE is worn at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
- Commitment to following all guidelines for PPE usage.
- Familiarity with basic logistics operations is preferred.
