Job Summary:
Our Boston, Massachusetts warehouse is looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team. This role is fundamental to the day-to-day operations of our logistics facility, involving a variety of tasks such as receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. We are seeking individuals who are detail-oriented, physically fit, and committed to maintaining a high standard of Safety. You will play an important part in ensuring the efficient flow of goods and contributing to customer satisfaction.   • Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments accurately.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to specifications.
  • Stock received goods in designated warehouse locations.
  • Operate warehouse equipment as trained and certified.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere strictly to all Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Assist with inventory counts and help maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Perform tasks involving Lifting and moving of goods, weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
  • Support overall logistics and supply chain functions as directed.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand work instructions and product labels.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and system updates.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and Lifting.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of basic logistics principles.
  • Commitment to workplace Safety and proper use of PPE.
  • Must be able to perform tasks involving moderate to heavy Lifting.
