We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to support our logistics operations in Durham, North Carolina. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory for accuracy and damage.
  • Sort, stock, and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer requirements.
  • Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety standards.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock reconciliation.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, with a strong focus on safety and the use of PPE.
  • Report any safety hazards or operational issues to supervisors promptly.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational targets.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Familiarity with basic warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and the proper use of PPE.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Reliable and punctual.
