Responsibilities:
- Receive, sort, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment, ensuring easy access to stock.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles as needed.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate PPE.
- Identify and report any damaged goods, equipment issues, or potential safety hazards.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily operational goals.
- Contribute to process improvements for enhanced efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is advantageous.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
